Tiny Eden, the cozy indoor farming sim from developer Bajka Games and publisher Digital Vortex Entertainment, has been previewed at CBR!

A new cozy Steam game released earlier this month has received more than 150,000 wishlists and earned rave reviews, making it a title that fans of games like The Sims and Stardew Valley won’t want to miss. Tiny Eden follows a player living in a high-rise apartment who grows crops indoors, with futuristic technology and drones helping manage their miniature farm.

Tiny Eden plays out in a high-rise apartment in the big city, and the goal is to grow the space as well as the plants. The game places real emphasis on the correct technique for plant growth as well. This isn’t as simple as setting it and forgetting it. Attention must be paid to the correct conditions for the growth of each plant. Everything depends on temperature, sunlight and other factors that affect the growth of the plants. They can then be sold or used to cook.

Tiny Eden is played from a first-person perspective, which already helps it stand out, but its apartment-based farming gives the game an even more distinct identity. Progression revolves around gradually expanding the player’s growing space, unlocking new plants, and improving the indoor garden over time. That means choosing the right soil for each plant, which is more complicated than it might sound. Minerals, acidity, water retention, fertilizer, and other factors can all affect how well crops grow. With the right setup, players can turn a small apartment garden into something much more impressive.

Tiny Eden is out now on PC via Steam for $14.99.
