Noisy Pixel recently revealed the release date for Advent: Dawn, the psychological sci-fi mystery visual novel about seven strangers trapped beneath a remote island, developed by Spire Games, arriving July 20, 2026 on PC via Steam.
Announced alongside a new trailer showing off new environments and characters, Advent: Dawn follows neuroscientist Dr. Atlas Everly, who becomes trapped underground with six strangers during a cave expedition. With all contact cut off from the surface, the eclectic group slowly begins to fracture as desperation sets in.
Advent: Dawn combines the usual narrative trappings of the visual novel genre, combining it with a generous helping of environmental puzzles and mysteries to untangle. Each character features multiple story arcs and endings which can be replayed through an interactive flowchart to revisit key plot points.
