PC Gamer shared the reveal of Demons Ate My Neighbors!, the retro-inspired twin-stick roguelite shooter developed by Tuned–Out Games and incubated with the support of Greg Johnson of HumaNature Studios (Toejam and Earl: Back in the Groove!), coming to Nintendo Switch and Windows PC Q3 2021.
Calling the title “delightfully on-the-nose,” PC Gamer has a good feeling about the zombie roguelite combo:
Developer Tuned-Out Games is namechecking Binding of Isaac, but with its firearm focus I’m reminded more of Enter The Gungeon, particularly with the mention of boss tokens that can be spent to unlock “new permanent meta upgrades”.
