Sammy Barker at Push Square is slightly horrified but also highly intrigued by Hide the Corpse, the chaotic and quirky VR body-hiding sandbox from publisher HyperVR Games and developer Realcast.
The game is exactly what it sounds like: you’ve got a dead body and you need to stash it before the cops arrive. The better you hide it, the more points you’ll earn. Weird.
This obviously plays to PSVR2’s strengths, because it requires a lot of faffing with physics. For example, you can pick up objects to cover the body – or drag the corpse into a freezer or fridge.
You can read the full story on Push Square. Hide the Corpse is available now on the Meta Quest store, and will be launching on PSVR August 18. A Steam version will also be available soon.
