Last week, Mike Minotti of VentureBeat reported that 20XX, the action platformer from Fire Hose Games and BatteryStaple Games will land on PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch on July 10, with Xbox One following after on July 11.

Coming to consoles will introduce 20XX to a larger audience. This is especially true on Switch, since indies have been finding great success on Nintendo’s home console/portable hybrid.

20XX remixes the classic Mega Man formula with roguelike elements to create an exciting “one more play” experience built around skill growth. Its procedurally-built stages, daily ranked challenges, and co-operative multiplayer (both couch co-op and online) provides near-endless content for players to enjoy.
