Polygon’s Owen Good reported on the announcement of The Blackout Club, a cooperative paranormal horror mystery from BioShock and Dishonored alumni at Question Games:
After one of their group goes missing and the grownups don’t seem to care, the kids begin their own investigation….The Blackout Club’s makers are pitching stealth gameplay — sneaking out at night like you did as a kid, to document, on camera, the town’s deep dirty secret and uncover its connection to your friend’s disappearance.
With up to four friends, players investigate strange happenings occurring both in their hometown and below it. Record evidence using cell phones and outwit the horrors lurking just next door.
The Blackout Club will release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in the first three months of 2019.
