PC Gamer’s Andy Chalk broke the news that TINY METAL: FULL METAL RUMBLE, the turn-based strategy wargame of intrigue with distinct Japanese flavor from the AAA veterans at Area 35, Inc., is coming to Steam for Windows PC in 2019 alongside the previously announced Nintendo Switch version. Chalk reports FULL METAL RUMBLE will test the mettle of PC and Switch commanders like never before:

. . . the Advance Wars-inspired game will confront players with greater challenges and tougher enemies, which they can counter using new commander powers and passive abilities. . . . Full Metal Rumble will hopefully improve upon its formula with 39 campaign missions and 77 skirmish maps (21 for multiplayer), more than 23 unit types, and additional Hero and Commander units. There will also be bonus challenge conditions and rewards on each map, and new difficulty modes for both veteran players and newcomers.

TINY METAL: FULL METAL RUMBLE is a completely new title following Commander Wolfram and the White Fangs as they attempt to stop the Dinoldan forces from excavating dangerous ancient technology. Writer Hirotaka Inaba (I Am Setsuna) and composer Tomoki Miyoshi (I Am Setsuna, Lost Sphear, STEINS;GATE) will bring an evocative world with memorable characters to vibrant life.
