Gameranx lays out the top 10 new FPS titles in their recent video, including Phantom Fury, the road movie-inspired first-person shooter starring Ion Fury’s Shelly “Bombshell” Harrison, developed by Slipgate Ironworks and published by 3D Realms. The game is available now on PC via Steam and will arrive on PlayStation 5|4, Xbox One and Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on May 30, 2024!
“‘Phantom Fury’ is built on Unreal 4, but it’s still continuing the same look that we saw in ‘Ion Fury’, that sort of Build Engine aesthetic, and it really looks like a 3D Realms game, obviously a much more premium version of that, something that’s not possible in the 1990s with the Build Engine, but that same style of design, the pixel art, it’s all there.”
